We buy and rent out mobile homes in the east valley of the Phoenix metro area. In brief, a mobile will give you "more cluck for your buck," save you money, and give you a lot more privacy than an apartment will. Also, once you're inside the house, you can't tell it's a mobile home. It's just your home. We don't have anything available at this writing (edited 8/20/13), but if you or someone you know has a need in our area, please drop us a note: jbushman@gmail.com, as we've already said..
Jeff's an author. He's written a book on mobile home investment, called Mobile Millionaire. You can take a look at the book, read some excerpted material and even buy it if you're inclined to do that. Just click here to take a look.
Who knew our baby had high-quality musical taste?
Jeff also writes a monthly column for Scottsdale Health magazine. Their site, allyouneedforhappiness.com is the place to go for the publication, generally. The column is usually on page 53 or 54. It's on the subject of sex. Jeff's comment: "I don't know how I gave anyone the impression that I'm an expert on the subject, but they apparently think I write well enough to create that impression. I doubt they're right, but you can judge for yourself." You can also get to that site from the general writing site: BushmanBooks.blogspot.com. From that site, you can also get to the mystery novel, Bobby's Been Shot, that he wrote.
Speaking of writing - we do a writing service for companies. If you need to do a brochure, an article for a trade publication, an employee manual or advertising copy, we can help and we do it inexpensively. You can drop us a line by e-mail or call Jeff at his cell phone: 480-628-9786.
Both of us do radio shows on the Internet.
Alicia's program, Seasons Of Light deals with spiritual matters and includes discussions of astrology, numerology and the afterlife. The show's available as a podcast, but you can listen live, most Wednesday evenings at 5:00 PM Pacific and 8:00 PM Eastern.
Jeff's program, The Jeff Bushman Show (cleverly named) is normally divided into two parts. Usually the first half of the program is Jeff talking about politics, economics and news items. The second half is a guest interview with someone who commonly has nothing to do with that subject. You can give both programs a listen by going here. Let us know if you have trouble hearing either. Jeff's show is also on Wednesday evenings and airs live at 9:00 PM Eastern, 6:00 PM Pacific.
Alicia and Jeff have created an on-line tee shirt store through the facilities of Zazzle.com. Due to our involvement in mobile homes, we call it MobileAndPeculiar. The peculiar part is some of the things we say on the shirts. You can get long sleeve or short sleeve in white or color. Take a look and have some fun there. You also wouldn't hurt our feelings if you bought a shirt, but you won't if you don't, too (either?).
Two more things regarding our mini-conglomerate (as conglomerates go, maybe that should be "micro-mini"): 1) Insurance - if you live in Arizona and have a business, you should give Jeff a call. He's a licensed independent insurance agent. Also, if you're an Arizona resident and a) would like some answers about life insurance; and/or would like a free form so you can create an Advanced Directive Living Will (Power of Attorney for your health care decisions), please get in touch. No pressure - just help. 2)Tremendous Tomorrows - Alicia's an RN (inactive). Jeff's been a lay herbalist for about 30 years. We can help you lose weight but we can (much more importantly) help you choose supplements and make some changes in your life so you can be healthy (whether or not you want to lose pounds). The initial consultation (up to 20 minutes on the phone) is free and we charge based on a sliding scale, so if you want NATURAL help with your health issues, don't let money be an impediment. Drop us a note and we'll call, so you can have Tremendous Tomorrows. Same e-mail address: jbushman@gmail.com..
Thanks for reading. An old bit of speaker's advice is that public speaking is like seeking crude oil. After a while, if you haven't hit it, you should stop boring. OK, done.
